Processing of personal data is based on contract and customer relationship between a customer and say JES. say JES collects data to organize, deliver and individualize services and products to customers/clients. Data is mostly used to identify the customer who has made a booking for our services. say JES is incapable of delivering a service for the customer without this information.

 

Data can also be used to analyze the market, customers and services for developing and improving the quality of the services. It can be used to manage customer relationship, communication and to send invoices. Some data is used in direct marketing, advertising and to target our marketing for customers. The customer has the right to forbid the use of data in marketing purposes.

I any data is manually printed, we have taken care of appropriate storage of the data and take care of demolishing appropriately.

1. The client has the right to access the data collected about them in the user register of say JES.

2. The client has the right to request the rectification, removal or addition of any personal data in the register that it is erroneous, unnecessary, incomplete or obsolete as regards the purpose of processing.

3. The client has the right to forbid the use of personal data for direct marketing.

 

Any requests related to the rights mentioned above must be made in written form directly to info@say-jes.com. say JES will answer to the request on appropriate time defined in the general data protection regulation of the EU.

The customer is responsible to inform say JES regarding possible changes in their personal data. If changes are not informed on time or at all, say JES can’t be held responsible for any service related issues caused by incorrect client information.
